The Tigers have won both meetings so far between the two Central Division rivals. The Oil Kings lost to the Kamloops Blazer 4-2 on Sunday. The Orange and Black fell 4-1 to the Rebels last night and will look to rebound tonight.

Heathcote is a very hard working, dedicated forward and it should pay off for him soon. Edmonton Oil Kings – Colton Kehler is having a record year for the Oil Kings with 36 points (21G, 15A) in 45 games so far this season. Kehler even has 4 points (3G, 1A) in Edmonton’s last 2 games.

In his first year with the Orange and Black, Linus Nassen has been making a name for himself. Hailing from Sweden, Nassen has 22 points in 38 games with the Tigers. The Tabbies blue line also features the towering shut down defenceman Kristians Rubins. Rubins is the first Latvian born player to ever suit up for the Tigers and he has netted 4 goals and 18 assists so far this season.
