THIS DAY IN HISTORY: In the 2012-13 season the Tigers hosted the Prince George Cougars on this night. Miles Koules opened the scoring in the first two minutes of the game. Prince George answered with back to back goals and Elgin Pearce scored his 26th of the year to tie a thrilling period 2-2 heading to the second. Prince George took an early 3-2 lead but goals from Hunter Shinkaruk (32), Curtis Valk (36) and Logan McVeigh (15) put their mark on 5-3 victory. Jacob Doty got into an early 1st period scrap and Mark Langhamer stopped 37 shots on route to the victory.
