VS. REBELS: Tonight the Tigers close out their season series against the Red Deer Rebels. These two clubs haven’t seen each other since December of 2016, a 5-3 victory at the Canalta Centre for Medicine Hat. The Tigers are coming off a 4-0 victory on Saturday night against the Edmonton Oil Kings. Red Deer won both their games of a back to back against the Kootenay Ice, both by 6-1 scores.

THIS DAY IN HISTORY: Only a few years ago during the 2014-15 season the Tigers battled the Edmonton Oil Kings in their 3rd to last game of the season. Medicine Hat dominated the opening period outshooting the Oil Kings 17-3; however it was a tie game heading to the second. Steven Owre scored his 17th of the season and Dryden Hunt added his 31st of the year as Medicine Hat took a 3-2 lead into the third. Edmonton did tie the game early in the third but the Tigers rattled off 3 consecutive goals in the frame to win 6-3.
