Medicine Hat, AB – A familiar face to Tigers fans will be heading to the desert next week, as The Arizona Coyotes have announced their rookie camp roster and schedule for the 2017-18 season.
Medicine Hat Tigers forward Max Gerlach will be among the 29 players invited to the Coyotes camp which takes place in Glendale and Scottsdale Arizona, before moving to San Jose California for their annual rookie tournament.
Gerlach, who is about to embark on his 3rd season in the Orange and Black is coming off a very solid 2016-17 campaign in which he reached the 30 goal mark for the second time in as many seasons. The Flower Mound Texas native would also set a career high in assists (28), as well as points (62). The 19 year old sniper added 5 more goals and 4 assists in 11 playoff games last spring.
