TIGERS TAKE 2ND STRAIGHT OVER HURRICANES

Medicine Hat, AB – For the second straight time at the Enmax Centre in less than a week, the Medicine Hat Tigers defeated the Lethbridge Hurricanes with a 2-1 victory.

Goaltender Tyler Bunz (16-5-2-0) stopped 34 of 35 shots leading the Tigers to their third straight victory.

Tigers forward Linden Vey opened the scoring with his 20th goal of the season, giving the Tigers an early 1-0 lead. 

In the 3rd period with the score tied 1-1, Scott McKay’s first goal of the season less than two minutes in stood up as the game winning goal. 

The Tigers (22-9-2-0) now face the Lethbridge Hurricanes for the third time in seven days on Saturday, December 18th.  Game time is 7:30 PM (MST) and can heard live on CHAT 94.5 FM at tigershockey.com or watched via webcast at livestream.whl.ca.
