TIGERS GET OFFENSIVE ON RAIDERS

WHL GAME SUMMARY  –  TIGERS TV HIGHLIGHTS

Prince Albert, SK – The Medicine Hat Tigers won for the fourth straight game with a convincing 9-2 win over the Prince Albert Raiders on Friday night.

At one point the Tigers scored seven straight goals, including six in the 2nd period alone.

Forwards Emerson Etem, Linden Vey and Ryan Harrison each tallied twice for Medicine Hat, who outshot the Raiders 37-30 on the night.

Also finding the back of the net for Medicine Hat were Cole Grbavac, Thomas Carr and Wacey Hamilton.

Ryan Harrison, a former Raider, finished with three points as did Cole Grbavac, Thomas Carr and Linden Vey.

Trailing 1-0, the Tigers rang off seven straight goals before giving one back to the Raiders.

Leading 7-2, the Tigers added two more on the power play to put the game out of reach.  Medicine Hat finished the night 3 for 8 on the power play, while holding the Raiders scoreless on four power plays.

Deven Dubyk (3-1-0-0) started in goal for Medicine Hat, stopping 28 of 30 shots in the win.
