TIGERS VS SWIFT CURRENT BRONCOS (EX)

Medicine Hat, AB – Tonight, the Medicine Hat Tigers and Swift Current pick up where they left last night in WHL Preseason action as the two clubs meet for the second time in as many nights.

Game time is scheduled for 7:30 PM at The Arena

The Tigers defeated the Broncos 4-1 last night on goals by Patrik Parkkonen, Curtis Valk, Sam Dezman and Ryan Harrison.  Goaltender Dawson MacAuley stopped 28 of 29 shots for the win. 

Like most WHL teams this time of year, the Tigers will be short eight veterans as NHL drafted and free agent invities head to NHL camps.

Heading to NHL camps are Wacey Hamilton (Colorado), Jace Coyle (Dallas), Tyler Pitlick (Edmonton), Cole Grbavac (Dallas), Emerson Etem (Anaheim), Sebastian Owuya (Atlanta), Tyler Bunz (Edmonton) and Linden Vey (Los Angeles). 

Heading into tonight’s action against the Broncos, the Tigers are left with 21 players to make up the roster.
